** Renewable energy firm to replace Veritiv Corp VRTV.N in SPCY prior to market open on Thurs, Nov 30, amid S&P Dow Jones indices changes

** Packgaging firm Veritiv being taken private by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in $2.3 bln deal

** Clearway has about $3.6 bln market value, per LSEG data

** Its shares have lost 28% YTD through Mon close
