U.S. stock index futures were muted on Wednesday as shares of Nvidia slipped after the chip designer warned of a slowdown in China sales, while investor optimism about potential rate cuts from the Federal Reserve year also waned. .N

At 7:04 ET, Dow e-minis 1YMc1 were unchanged at 35,149. S&P 500 e-minis ESc1 were up 0.16% at 4,558.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis NQc1 were up 0.27% at 16,033.5.
