Adds PJT Partners, Rogers Communications, Organon, Eneos Holdings Updates: Alaska Airlines, Legal & General

- The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1530 GMT on Wednesday:


** PJT Partners PJT.N, a boutique investment bank, has entered into an agreement to buy Dubai-based advisory firm deNovo Partners, which is led by ex-Morgan Stanley Banker May Nasrallah, deNovo said in a statement on Wednesday.


** Alaska Airlines ALK.N said it has completed its $1.9 billion acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines after it reached agreement with the U.S. Transportation Department.


** Rogers Communications RCIb.TO said on Wednesday it had signed an agreement to buy Bell's 37.5% ownership stake in Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) for C$4.7 billion ($3.46 billion).

** Healthcare company Organon OGN.N said on Wednesday it has agreed to acquire skin therapy developer Dermavant, a unit of Roivant ROIV.O, for up to $1.2 billion.

** Japan's biggest oil refiner Eneos Holdings 5020.T said on Wednesday its renewable energy unit has agreed to buy a 20% stake in Norway's GoliatVind floating offshore wind farm project to gain knowledge and expertise for use in Japan.

** Legal & General LGEN.L has sold its UK housebuilder CALA Group in a deal worth 1.35 billion pounds ($1.78 billion) to an acquisition vehicle led by U.S. private assets firm Sixth Street Partners, as the latter steps up its European investment drive.


** The Spanish government has authorised BlackRock BLK.N to take the 20% stake in power utility Naturgy NTGY.MC it bought when taking over investment fund GIP in January, the Cinco Dias newspaper reported, citing sources at the Economy Ministry.


** Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) 2010.SE, one of the world's biggest petrochemicals companies, said it will sell its minority stake in Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) ALBH.BH to Saudi mining firm Ma'aden for around $1 billion.


** LaLiga club Girona's co-owner Marcelo Claure has bought a 10% stake in American top-flight club New York City FC, the Major League Soccer (MLS) side said on Tuesday.


** TelstraSuper, the pension fund arm of telecom major Telstra TLS.AX, said it is exploring a potential merger with bigger peer Equip Super, which could create a combined fund with around A$60 billion ($40.57 billion) in management.


** Australia's Titan Minerals TTM.AX announced plans to sell up to 80% stake in its Linderos copper project in Ecuador to a unit of billionaire Gina Rinehart's Hancock Prospecting for up to $120 million.
