BUZZ-Turkcell jumps as it completes sale of units operating in Ukraine

** Shares in Turkcell TCELL.IS rise 3% after the Turkish mobile communications group completed the sale of its subsidiaries operating in Ukraine on Monday
** Turkcell says it has completed the transfer of shares, along with all rights and liabilities in its subsidiaries Lifecell LLC, LLC Global Bilgi and LLC Ukrtower to DVL Telecom, part of Xavier Niel's NJJ Holding
** As of closing, Turkcell receives $524.3 million in accordance with the share purchase agreement
** Brokerage Deniz Yatirim says that the completion of the prolonged sales process will have a positive impact on investor sentiment
** Turkcell is one of the best performers on Turkey's main BIST 100 index .XU100 which is up 0.39%
