** Physical Silver Shares ETF SIVR.P and iShares Silver Trust SLV.P up 2.19% and 2.41%, respectively
** Gatos silver GATO.N gains 6.8% after First Majestic Silver agrees to buy co for $970 mln in an all-stock deal
