BUZZ-Solventum rises after co lifts 2024 profit forecast

** Shares of Solventum SOLV.N rise 1.9% to $59.75 premarket
** Late on Thursday, 3M's MMM.N healthcare spin-off raised its annual adj EPS forecast to $6.30 to $6.50 from its previous outlook of $6.10 to $6.40
** SOLV's Q2 rev of $2.08 bln grew 0.2% from a year ago
** However, co's Q2 EPS fell to 51 cents from $1.86 a year ago
** Up to last close, stock down 26.7% since close on Mar 26, after spin off from 3M
