At 9:09 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis 1YMc1 were down 0.11% at 38,776. S&P 500 e-minis ESc1 were down 0.06% at 5,475, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis NQc1 were unchanged at 19,921.5.
