At 9:12 ET, Dow e-minis 1YMc1 were up 0.19% at 38,120. S&P 500 e-minis ESc1 were up 0.43% at 5,114.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis NQc1 were up 0.34% at 17,942.25.
