Wall Street's main indexes rose on Thursday as a key inflation metric came in line with estimates, raising hopes of interest rate cuts by the U.S. Federal Reserve in the first half of the year. .N

At 10:34 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was flat at 38,924.95. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.29% at 5,084.28 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.65% at 16,051.145.
